Understanding the Desk Standings

To ensure our reference material remains perfectly transparent and accessible, we outline the parameters governing each table. Every column corresponds to standard international rules.

Column Definitions

P
Played: The total number of completed group-stage matches played by the team at the time of the archive snapshot.
W
Wins: The total matches won, yielding 3 tournament points per victory.
D
Draws: The total matches ending with equal goals, yielding 1 tournament point per team.
L
Losses: The total matches lost, yielding 0 points.
GF
Goals For: The absolute number of goals scored by the team during the group stage phase.
GA
Goals Against: The absolute number of goals conceded by the team's defense.
GD
Goal Difference: Calculated as Goals For minus Goals Against (GF - GA). It serves as a primary tiebreaker.
PTS
Points: The primary ranking criterion. Calculated as (Wins × 3) + Draws.

Editorial Standings Standard

In the event that two or more teams finish level on points upon the completion of all three matchdays, they are ordered in our static tables according to the following baseline sequence:

  1. Superior goal difference (GD) in all group matches.
  2. Greatest number of goals scored (GF) in all group matches.
  3. Highest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned (Head-to-head points).

Note: Because this is an editorial reference snapshot as of June 25, 2026, we apply historical placement structures valid on the snapshot date.
